Summary

As introduced, prohibits a person from parking a vehicle upon a road, street, or highway in a residential district in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 12 feet of an unobstructed width of the roadway opposite the parked vehicle for the free passage of other vehicles. - Amends TCA Title 55.
