Summary
As introduced, requires each department of the executive branch to develop a plan to prevent the malicious and unlawful use of artificial intelligence for the purpose of interfering with the operation of the department, its agencies and divisions, and persons and entities regulated by the respective department; requires each department to report its plan, findings, and recommendations to each member of the general assembly no later than January 1, 2025. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 4; Title 8; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 47, Chapter 18.
