Summary
As introduced, increases, from 30 to 60 days, the amount of time in which an affidavit alleging theft of a motor vehicle or its plates must be provided to the issuing entity by the registered owner of a vehicle receiving a notice of a traffic enforcement camera violation to avoid payment for such violation. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 8.
