Summary

As introduced, requires the board of barber examiners to establish rules to allow barber school students seeking a license in this state to earn fifty percent of their required hours to become licensed from classroom training and fifty percent of the hours to come from apprenticing under a barber with at least ten years’ experience. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 3.
