Summary

As introduced, requires youth development centers, jails, and the department of correction to provide a juvenile offender with good behavior a total of 50 minutes of free outgoing telephone calls each week between the juvenile and the juvenile's parent or guardian or a member of the clergy. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 41.
