As introduced, changes from January 31 to December 1 the date for which the comptroller of the treasury, in cooperation with the TRA, must provide an annual report to the general assembly on the status of the provision of broadband services in historically unserved areas by telecommunications joint ventures. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 12 and Title 65.
