As introduced, requires Davidson County to be responsible for the non-surface area maintenance, including mowing and litter removal, of medians, intersections, shoulders, and rights-of-way of public roads and bridges that are part of the state system of highways within the county. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 54 and Title 55.
