Summary
As introduced, establishes a medical cannabis program under the purview of the medical cannabis commission; establishes a patient registry for qualified patients and authorizes the possession of certain medical cannabis products by qualified patients and designated caregivers; redefines the term "marijuana" to exclude products containing less than 0.9 percent delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 39, Chapter 17; Title 63; Title 67 and Title 68, Chapter 7.
