Summary

As enacted, requires, beginning in 2024, the department to submit to the members of the general assembly, by February 15 of each year, a report of data collected related to the use of medication-assisted treatment for opiate addiction by department-funded providers in this state for the prior fiscal year. - Amends TCA Title 33.
