Summary
As enacted, authorizes the council of a municipality with a modified city manager-council charter to, upon the adoption of an ordinance by a 2/3 vote of the entire membership of the council, fix the salaries of the mayor and the members of the council annually at the time the operating budget is adopted. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 32, Part 1.
