As introduced, requires public institutions of higher education to notify students facing disciplinary hearings of their right to counsel at least 48 hours before the hearing; allows students to view the evidence to be presented in support of the proposed disciplinary actions at least 48 hours before the hearing. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7; Title 49, Chapter 8 and Title 49, Chapter 9.
