Summary
As introduced, authorizes and encourages LEAs to partner with individuals, community and faith-based groups and organizations and for-profit and nonprofit entities to devise parental involvement programs that reward schools and classes and honor parents for participating in parenting classes that increase parental involvement in education and schools. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 70.
