Summary
As introduced, requires corporations registered with the secretary of state to submit certain information to the secretary of state; requires corporations that are publicly held domestic or foreign corporations with their principal executive offices located in this state to provide the secretary of state with information regarding diversity of board members and officers; requires the secretary of state to publish certain information regarding such diversity. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 12; Title 48 and Title 67.
