Summary
As introduced, increases from 10 days to 15 days the time within which the human rights commission must send to a person who files a sworn complaint a notice acknowledging receipt of the complaint and informing the complainant of the time limits and choice of forums available to the person charged in the complaint. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21; Title 29, Chapter 20, Part 2; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 3 and Title 40.
