Summary
As introduced, clarifies that a city, county, or metropolitan government may sanction or debar a bidder or proposer of a bid, proposal, or agreement relating to an improvement of real property for fraud, collusion, other acts that threaten the integrity of the procurement process, or for a breach of contract. - Amends TCA Section 50-3-109.
