Summary

As introduced, directs the Tennessee advisory commission on intergovernmental relations to perform a study of laws in this state and other states related to the purchase of a modular building or the construction of a modular building, and to prepare a report comparing those laws and designating those laws providing the most consumer protection; the report must be delivered to members of the general assembly by January 1, 2023. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 13; Title 13; Title 62, Chapter 6 and Title 68.
