Summary
As introduced, requires the administrative office of the courts, the department of children's services, and the commission on children and youth to jointly submit an annual report addressing statewide data collection in the juvenile justice system, on or before January 1, to the governor, speaker of the senate, speaker of the house of representatives, and members of the judiciary committee of the senate and the criminal justice committee and civil justice committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 37.
