Summary

As introduced, decreases, from 30 to 25 days, the time in which an applicant whose plans for the construction of, or change in, a solid waste processing facility or disposal facility are disapproved has to petition for a hearing by the underground storage tanks and solid waste disposal control board before the disapproval becomes final and not subject to review. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 20 and Title 68.
