Summary

As introduced, requires the department of health to submit a report to the chair of the health committee of the house of representatives and the chair of the health and welfare committee of the senate, including, at minimum, data concerning how many anesthesiologists practice in this state, how many people are currently in anesthesiology residencies or are graduating from anesthesiology education programs in this state, and suggestions to increase the number of anesthesiologists in this state. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
