Summary

As introduced, requires that a percentage of student's final grade in a subject to be derived from the student's TCAP score; the department of education will determine the percentage, but it must be at least 15 percent. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 6 and Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 60.
