Summary

As introduced, requires the emergency communications board to annually publish on its website its report to the governor and speakers of the general assembly on its activities for the preceding year; requires the board to include in its report any suggestions received from any source on amending the Emergency Communications District Law. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 38; Title 39; Title 49; Title 65 and Title 68.
