Summary
As enacted, changes dates of harvest season for wild ginseng from August 15 through December 31 to September 1 through December 31 of each year; adjusts reporting requirement for ginseng dealers to reflect new start date of harvest season. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 28, Part 1 and Title 70, Chapter 8, Part 2.
