As enacted, allows a court to modify the terms of a will in manner that is not contrary to the testator's probable intention in order to achieve the testator's tax objectives and the court may provide that the modification has retroactive effect. - Amends TCA Title 16, Chapter 3 and Title 32, Chapter 3.
