Summary

As introduced, requires a sentencing court to order a defendant convicted of stalking, aggravated stalking, or especially aggravated stalking to carry or wear a global positioning monitoring system device and, unless the defendant is indigent, pay the costs associated with operating that system in relation to the defendant for a period of at least one year. - Amends TCA Title 39.
