Bill Title: As enacted, adds to the list of premiere type tourist resorts for the purpose of the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption to include a privately owned facility in Union County that, among other things, is located on 20 acres and has a restaurant, marina, cabins, and a boat repair shop; specifies that to be considered a "restaurant" under present law regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages on premises, the premises must serve at least one meal per day at least "three days a week" instead of "five days a week," with the exception of holidays, vacations and periods of redecorating and the serving of meals must be the principal business conducted each day that the establishment is open. - Amends TCA Title 57.
