Bill Title: As enacted, permits a county that has elected to permit judicial commissioners to receive continuing education from the general sessions judge that appointed the commissioners, rather than the judicial commissioners association of Tennessee or the Tennessee court clerks association, to rescind that action by two-thirds majority vote; requires Robertson County to be subject to a $2.00 litigation tax to fund continuing education for judicial commissioners. - Amends TCA Section 40-1-111 and Section 67-4-602.
