Bill Title: As enacted, changes the statute of limitations for prosecuting a person for trafficking a person for a commercial sex act, soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor, and exploitation of a minor by electronic means if the offense was committed against a child on or after July 1, 2013, to be 15 years from the date the child becomes 18 years of age; changes the statute of limitations for prosecuting a person for patronizing prostitution and promoting prostitution if the offense was committed against a child on or after July 1, to be 10 years from the date the child becomes 18 years of age. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
