Bill Title: As introduced, creates the office of solicitor general of Tennessee in the executive branch, and beginning with the November 2012 election to be elected by the qualified voters of this state, with all current duties of the attorney general and reporter, other than activities associated with reporting functions, transferred to the office of solicitor general. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 6.
