Bill Title: As introduced, provides that the failure of an assessor to notify a taxpayer of a change in the classification of property at least 15 days, instead of 10 days, before the end of the local board of equalization's session does not affect the validity of the classification. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5.
