Bill Title: As enacted, requires the department of safety, in the case of a conviction for vehicular homicide, to revoke the offender's driver license for the same period of time the court prohibits the person from driving a vehicle under present criminal law for committing the offense. - Amends TCA Title 54 and Title 55.
