Bill Title: As enacted, enacts "Michelle's Law," which extends a 25 percent discount on the tuition to any state institution of higher education to every child under 24 years of age whose parent died while employed as a full-time certified teacher in a public school in Tennessee or as a full-time technology coordinator in an LEA in Tennessee. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 49, Chapter 7.
