Bill Title: As introduced, specifies, in regard to present requirement for an officer to cause a driver to submit to a test to determine the alcohol or drug content of the driver's blood if the officer has probable cause to believe that the driver was driving under the influence and such driving resulted in an accident causing injury or death to another, that the test be taken "immediately". - Amends TCA Title 55.
