Bill Title: As introduced, declares it is the intent of the general assembly that the department of education annually receive sufficient funds to procure, implement, and make available to local education agencies at no cost, a statewide career aptitude assessment program; encourages guidance counselors to use the results of career aptitude assessments to discuss potential career opportunities and aligned educational pathways with students. - Amends TCA Section 49-6-412.
