Bill Title: As introduced, requires the commissioner of commerce and insurance to report to the speaker of the senate and the speaker of the house, on or before December 31, 2016, concerning benefits and costs associated with the coverage of emergency medical transportation as an in-network benefit in health insurance policies even when an out-of-network provider is utilized. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Title 68.
