Bill Title: As introduced, limits admissibility in any civil action involving conduct that constitutes sexual harassment or sexual assault of certain evidence of plaintiff’s sexual conduct by the defendant in order to prove consent by the plaintiff or the absence of injury to the plaintiff. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 7 and Title 40, Chapter 17.
