Bill Title: As enacted, removes the requirement that a real estate appraiser must file a renewal application for a current, valid license 30 days prior to the expiration date; removes the requirement that a real estate appraiser must file a renewal application and pay a renewal fee to renew a certificate 30 days prior to the expiration date. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 39, Part 3.
