Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits the issuance of a permit in relation to the operation of a rock quarry on land that is located within 2,000 feet of a property line of a park or community education center, 500 feet of any other property line, or 1,200 feet of a residential structure. - Amends TCA Title 59; Title 69, Chapter 11 and Title 69, Chapter 3.
