Bill Title: As enacted and subject to local approval, authorizes Knox County to collect the privilege tax on occupancy from transients in owner-occupied single family residences, in apartments or condominiums where less than 25 percent of the total units are rented to transients, and in single-family homes where each single-family dwelling unit occupies a separate lot. - Amends Chapter 847 of the Public Acts of 1982, as amended by Chapter 628 of the Public Acts of 1996.
