Bill Title: As introduced, removes the requirement that pawnbrokers deliver records of every pawn transaction by mail or in person; changes the time of delivery of the records from 48 hours after the transaction to noon the next business day following the transaction; allows a copy of the records to be delivered to the appropriate law enforcement agency. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 45 and Title 62.
