Bill Title: As enacted, requires any public water system or waterworks system that initiates or permanently discontinues the fluoridation of its water supply to give notice of such discontinuance to the departments of health and environment and conservation within 10 days of decision and public notice to customers in the next general mailing, which must be 30 days prior to discontinuance. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 221.
