Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes a municipality that purchases land at a delinquent tax sale for municipal taxes only, and after the redemption period has expired, to sell the land for less than the full amount of the taxes, penalty, cost and interest owed if, upon a majority vote, the municipality's governing body determines that it is impracticable to sell the land for such full amount; exempts Davidson County. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 55, Part 2 and Title 67, Chapter 5.
