Bill Title: As introduced, entitles either party to a visitation agreement to file a petition for an expedited hearing pursuant to the provisions governing expedited hearings for support and reduces period of time for non-compliance with an order of visitation from six months to three months. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 6 and Title 36, Chapter 5.
