Bill Title: As introduced, allows the court that places a person on misdemeanor probation, if supervision would be extended or family or child support obligations could not be met because of the supervision fees and court costs and fines and other fees, to declare the person to be indigent. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 16; Title 37; Title 40; Title 41 and Title 55.
