Bill Title: As introduced, defines historic roads in this state as roads that have historical or cultural significance in the settlement or development of this state or are historically important on a local, regional, or state level; permits the department of transportation to designate such roads; permits the commissioner or a county legislative body to establish weight limits on a historic road without conducting an engineering study. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 54 and Title 55.
