Bill Title: As introduced, allows the results of a TBI-conducted drug or alcohol test to be introduced in evidence without the TBI employee being called as a witness if such notice is served on the defendant's attorney and the attorney has not objected within 10 days of receipt of notice. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
