Bill Title: As introduced, establishes an exception to the consent requirement for disclosure of medical records if the patient has been deceased for more than 10 years and the records requested are more than 50 years old; and allows state to charge up to $25.00 to the requester of the records. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5 and Title 33, Chapter 3, Part 1.
