Bill Title: As introduced, specifies that when an employer provides certain evidence showing four or more complaints from customers concerning the employee's work performance, a discharge by an employer shall be deemed to be a discharge for misconduct, and thus, disqualify the claimant from unemployment benefits. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 5 and Title 50, Chapter 7.
