Bill Title: As introduced, provides that an offender who uses a deadly weapon to commit a sexual assault and a deadly weapon is not an essential element of the offense must serve 100 percent of the sentence imposed by the court without parole. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 40, Chapter 35, Part 5.
