Bill Title: As enacted, specifies that an elementary school is any school serving any combination of kindergarten through grade "six," instead of "eight," and a middle school is any "school," instead of "elementary school," designed to serve grades 5 - 8 only, or any combination of grades 5 - 8; defines a "secondary school" as a school that provides secondary education and defines "secondary education" as education normally available and required by state standards to be taught to children enrolled in grades 7 - 12. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1; Title 49, Chapter 2; Title 49, Chapter 3; Title 49, Chapter 5 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
