Bill Title: As introduced, subjects certain contractors submitting bids on certain public projects to penalties for failing to register with the department of revenue and intentionally misclassifying individuals as independent contractors to avoid financial implications under other laws; authorizes the department of revenue, the chief procurement officer and the department of labor and workforce development to coordinate enforcement of such provisions. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 12; Title 50 and Title 62.
